Crossroads Fieldhouse: Building Skills, Character, and Community

At Crossroads Fieldhouse, we are more than just a training facility; we are a local family-owned business dedicated to fostering youth development and helping athletes of all ages reach their potential in baseball and softball. Founded by Vandalia Butler graduates Mike and Joanna, our mission is rooted in a deep love for the game and a commitment to supporting the community that shaped us.

We saw a need for a space where young athletes could grow, train, and prepare for the future while contributing to the incredible baseball tradition of Vandalia Butler. With one of the strongest baseball programs in the area, we are proud to offer a facility where players can strive to one day join this exceptional team.

Dedication to Growth, On and Off the Field

Inspiration Through Hard Work

"I’ve found in life the more you practice, the better you get." – Ted Williams

At Crossroads Fieldhouse, we live by this philosophy. Our mission is to create an environment where practice, dedication, and love for the game lead to measurable growth in skill and character. Every session, every drill, and every moment spent here is designed to inspire players to aim higher.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Crossroads Fieldhouse has been a fantastic place for my son to train. The batting cages and pitching lanes are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially love the members-only hours—it gives us plenty of time to practice without feeling rushed!

I’ve brought my entire team here for practice, and it’s been a game-changer. The open turf area and well-equipped batting cages provide everything we need. The facility is always clean, and the staff ensures that everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend it for team practices!

The Hit Trax system is a game-changer! My daughter loves being able to track her hitting stats and compete virtually. The environment is supportive, and the coaches are incredible. Crossroads Fieldhouse is the perfect place to take your skills to the next level.
