Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
Memberships can be canceled at any time, but cancellations must be done in person at the front desk.
No refunds will be issued for memberships already purchased.
Crossroads Fieldhouse LLC reserves the right to revoke or cancel memberships at any time due to non-payment or behavior concerns that affect the facility or its members.
Tokens for Fungo Man Machines
Tokens for Fungo Man pitching machines are non-refundable.
In the event of a machine malfunction, a token may be reissued at the discretion of Fieldhouse staff.
Training Sessions
Training session cancellations require at least a 4 hours notice.
A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if notice is not given within the required time.
Team Practice Reservations
Teams reserving the facility for practice must pay in advance.
No refunds will be issued for team practice sessions, so please ensure your team can commit to the proposed time.
All coaches and players must have a valid waiver on file. Guests or siblings without waivers will not be allowed to participate or enter the facility.
Pro Shop Merchandise
Merchandise purchased from the Pro Shop is non-refundable, except in the case of warranty issues.
Warranty claims may need to be addressed directly with the product manufacturer.
Waiver Policy
Everyone entering Crossroads Fieldhouse LLC, whether participating or observing, must have a valid waiver on file. This policy is strictly enforced.
